The location of this hotel is fantastic, being just a short walk from the Eurostar station and surrounded by plenty of shops and dining options. The rooms are well decorated and carpeted, providing a comfortable stay. The staff members were helpful and accommodating, even looking after our luggage while we continued to explore. the hotel offers a range of facilities and room advantages, such as daily housekeeping and well-equipped bathrooms with rain showers.
The only small inconvenience was having to check-in at a different building, but it didn't cause any major issues.

The location was perfect, close to the train station and convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding us to nearby attractions and eateries. The room size was decent, great to comfortably stay for a few nights.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, with dirty surfaces and uncleaned areas. The bathroom had mold and the shower was not in good condition.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, being so close to the train station made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the rooms were full of character and had a great combination of style and comfort. The attention to detail was impressive, with lovely touches that really enhanced the overall experience. Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints at all.

The room had complimentary wireless Internet and extra space to store luggage. There was a booklet in the room with recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. The staff were delightful, helpful, and friendly. The location was perfect, right near Kings Cross. There was a convenience store and a great pub just around the corner. The location was very quiet, with limited traffic. It was easy walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Reasonable walks to British Museum and major green parks. The hotel was only a few hundred metres from the main station, perfect for quick access to all trains.
Felt truly spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.
